Are you a think-ahead person?

God wants us to be a think-ahead look-ahead person. A person whose mind is one to two steps ahead. I’m not a fan of chess but to be a good chess player you must always be thinking 1-2 steps ahead.

A significantly blessed person is always talking about the next move. They have a plan A, B & sometimes C. They are always thinking ahead. Thinking about what they are going to do next year. While people that fail, talk about what happened. People that fail are always regurgitating the same experiences, repeating them over and over. People that are successful talk about what they are going to do and if things work out over here I have something I’m going to do over there. They are always thinking ahead.

When you look at the condition of some, you wonder how they can be so happy and positive when there life seems like a wreck. But that person is not letting there situation define them. They know where they’re going and already moving, walking and talking in a future tense.

They don’t drag stuff to fix their current situation. They are preparing for where they are going. When we are preparing ourselves it needs to be for the next move forward not the current state.

We need to be like Noah, building an Ark and then sit back and wait on the rain. Make life catch up with us. People that walk with God are always ahead of life. They do stuff that seems stupid and chaotic. People laugh at them because they prepare for rain when no one has ever heard of rain. They build a boat in their backyard and let the rain catch up to them. These are people that are ahead of their time because they are already walking in their next dimension.

People that are walking in their next dimension seem crazy because you’re not worried about issues that other’s worry about. Truth is, you didn’t always be this way. In the past you would worry about anything and everything. But when we begin to grow in our spiritual maturity we start to walk towards our next dimension.

Are you starting to walk in your next dimension?
